• Operational Data: Voice recordings submitted from the field, text transcriptions, job site details, and digital signatures.
• Financial Information: We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to operate the TrenchShield platform:

• To process audio recordings into formatted change orders using third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI).
• To manage your subscription and send billing notices.
• To provide customer support and improve platform stability.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or operational data. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners:

• Payment Processors: Stripe, to manage subscriptions.
• AI Sub-Processors: OpenAI, to transcribe and format field notes. Note: Data sent to our enterprise API partners is strictly used for processing your specific requests and is not used to train their public AI models.
• Cloud Hosting: Vercel and Supabase, to securely host and store your database.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us directly.
