1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrenchShield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TrenchShield provides an AI-powered voice-to-text tool designed to assist commercial contractors in drafting change orders. The platform is an administrative assistant, not a legal representative.

3. User Responsibilities & AI Limitations

• Verification: AI transcription can make errors. You, the user, are strictly responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving the accuracy of all change orders, material counts, and labor hours before presenting them to a client or signing them.
• Liability: TrenchShield is not liable for any financial losses, unapproved work, rejected change orders, or disputes arising from inaccuracies in the generated documents.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Payments: Access to the Command Center requires an active subscription, billed securely via Stripe.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
